Dr.Onur Altintas of Toyota ITC will co-chair the 3rd IEEE Vehicular Networking Conference 2011 in Holland, which is an international conference on communication and networking technology for vehicles and traffic systems. Dr. Altintus is a founding member of the IEEE VNC.
