Dr. Onur Altintas of Toyota ITC will co-chair the third IEEE Vehicular Networking Conference, an international meeting on communication and networking technology for vehicles and traffic systems, in Holland on (month) (date) 2011. Dr. Altintas is a founding member of the IEEE VNC.
